SC Preferredite® shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame and posts finished with SC Preferredon®. The kit includes 4 posts with leveling feet, 5 polymer composition shelf mats with a modular design for easy removal and cleaning, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, ensuring they never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The open design allows complete access on all four sides and maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments. The epoxy coating is protected by NEX GARD®, an anti-microbial agent that prevents bacteria, mold, and mildew, thus reducing odors and product degradation. These units are NSF approved for wet or dry use and come with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
