The SC Preferredon® wire shelving starter unit with a dunnage bottom shelf measures 48"W x 18"D x 74"H and features a blue metallic finish designed to withstand extreme wet, hot, or cold environments. The unit includes 4 posts with leveling feet, 3 wire shelves, 1 bottom dunnage shelf reinforced with 1" square steel tubing around the perimeter and down the center, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure the shelves to the posts. Shelves are reinforced with welded surface ribs for added strength, have an open design to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, and can be adjusted in 1" increments without tools. The epoxy coating is protected by Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that prevents bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
