This D-ring features a working load limit of 4,080 lb. and an ultimate breaking strength of 12,240 lb., however, it is not designed for overhead use. The package includes a mounting bracket that measures 1-3/4" W x 3/16" D, equipped with square mounting holes that accept 3/8" carriage bolts (bolts not included). The inner dimensions of the ring measure 2-1/2" x 2-3/8".
