The CM Hurricane 360° hand chain hoist has a lifting capacity of 1 ton and a lift height of 30 ft. It features an army-type, integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom and is available with a geared trolley, although a plain trolley option is also offered. This hoist is extremely easy to install and includes a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection. The Weston-style braking system ensures reliable positive load control, while the powder-coated finish provides corrosion protection. All internal gears and pinions are made from heat-treated steel, ensuring high strength and longevity. The chain guide and stripper keep the load chain aligned, and the precision 4-pocket liftwheel is fully machined for better chain fit and reduced wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened alloy steel load chain offers high strength and long wear life, and the hoist requires minimal maintenance, as it can be easily disassembled without needing special tools.
