The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists combine safety, reliability, and durability, designed specifically for light to medium-duty industrial applications. The kit includes patented brake wear indicators that enhance safety by signaling when the friction disks need replacement. The hoists feature a Weston style, double pawl brake design that splits the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear, ensuring greater load security. They are equipped with industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging and are designed to slowly stretch to indicate overload situations, enhancing job site safety. Additionally, the hoists come with cast steel safety latches secured by Allen screws and lock nuts, and they are grade 80 black oxide coated for added durability. The needle bearing design increases efficiency and promotes smooth operation, while the compact design allows for use in low headroom and confined areas. The JET® JLP-A series is available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons with standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, and custom lifts can be arranged. This product complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 and HST-3 standards, featuring impact-resistant all steel construction for enhanced durability and protection.
