The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists are designed for safety, reliability, and durability in light to medium-duty industrial applications. Each unit includes a patented brake wear indicator that enhances safety by signaling when to replace friction disks. The hoists are available in capacities from 1 ton to 6 tons, with standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, and custom lifts can also be specified. Key features include a Weston style, double pawl brake design that divides the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear for improved load security, industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for convenient rigging, and hooks that slowly stretch to indicate overload situations, promoting safety on the job site. Additionally, cast steel safety latches are secured with Allen screws and lock nuts for added security, and the grade 80 black oxide finish enhances durability.
