The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists are engineered for safety, reliability, and durability in light to medium-duty industrial applications. This kit includes a patented brake wear indicator, which enhances safety by signaling when to replace the friction disks. The lever hoist is available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons, with standard lift options of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, and custom lifts are also available. Key features include a Weston style, double pawl brake design that provides greater load security by distributing the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear, and industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for ease of rigging. Additionally, hooks are designed to slowly stretch as an overload indicator, enhancing jobsite safety. The lever hoist features cast steel safety latches secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, and it is finished with a grade 80 black oxide coating for increased durability. Its needle bearing design promotes efficiency and smooth operation, while a compact, lightweight design allows for use in low headroom applications and confined spaces. The JET® JLP-A series complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 standards and features HST-3 impact-resistant all-steel construction for added durability and protection.
