The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists are engineered for safety, reliability, and durability, suitable for light to medium-duty industrial applications. The kit includes features such as an innovative brake wear indicator that provides a visual signal when friction disks require replacement. The lever hoists have capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons, with standard lifts available in 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, along with custom lift options. The design incorporates an improved easy free chain system, allowing for quick hoist positioning and slack take-up without load, while the Weston style double ratchet pawl brake enhances load security. Industrial rated alloy steel hooks provide 360-degree rotation for effortless rigging and indicate overload situations through gradual stretching. The ergonomic grip ensures enhanced operator control and comfort, and the cast-steel safety latches, secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, offer superior durability compared to stamped steel variants. Additionally, the product features grade 80 black oxide coated load chain for improved durability, needle bearings for increased efficiency, and an impact-resistant all-steel construction. This lever hoist series complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 and HST-3 standards.
