The Prisoner Restraint Stool is designed to securely and safely restrain prisoners and detainees, featuring all steel construction and a choice of powder-coated gray or black finishes. The stool securely bolts to the floor using the provided hardware and comes equipped with one pair of handcuffs. It is available in two seat top diameter options, 12 inches or 16 inches, and includes a height of 19 inches. The handcuff bars measure 3/4 inch in diameter and there are two of them, accompanied by four 5/16 inch x 3 inch concrete anchors for secure installation. Additionally, the seats are easy to clean, and the product is made in the USA.
