Many manufacturing and food processing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. This kit is designed for food processing and washdown environments and includes a shadow board along with hardware for mounting tools specifically designed for Vikan® brand tools, which are sold separately. Compatible tools include a tank brush, 24" single blade squeegee, long handle scrub brush, large hand brush, and a 3-gallon bucket. The shadow board is made from Pro Series acrylic featuring subsurface ink that will not chip, peel, or deteriorate, and it operates effectively within a temperature range of -30° to 190°.
