The 5S shadow boards are designed for use in manufacturing and food processing facilities to enhance organization and efficiency by ensuring that cleaning supplies and tools are centrally located, neatly stored, and easily accessible. The kit includes a shadow board and hardware for mounting tools specifically designed for Vikan® brand tools, which are sold separately; these tools include a tank brush, 24" single blade squeegee, long handle scrub brush, large hand brush, and a 3-gallon bucket. Constructed from durable, industrial-grade aluminum, the board is protected by Sign Muscle® liquid laminate, offering resilience in a temperature range of -40° to 250°.
