Many manufacturing and food processing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored and always accessible. The kit includes a shadow board and hardware for mounting tools designed for Vikan® brand tools (sold separately), which consist of a 12' angle broom, a 24' push broom with a 59' handle, a dust pan, a bench brush, and a single-piece shovel with a 14' blade. It features Pro Series acrylic with subsurface ink that will not chip, peel, or deteriorate, and has a temperature range of -30° to 190°.
