Many manufacturing and food processing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. The kit is designed for food processing and washdown environments and includes a shadow board and hardware for mounting tools specifically for Vikan® brand tools, which are sold separately. The package includes an 12' angle broom, a 24' push broom with a 59' handle, a dust pan, a bench brush, and a single piece shovel with a 14' blade. This Pro Series shadow board features acrylic with subsurface ink that will not chip, peel, or deteriorate. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -30° to 190°.
