The 5S shadow boards are specifically engineered for use in manufacturing and food processing facilities, particularly in washdown environments. The kit includes a shadow board and hardware for mounting tools, which are compatible with Vikan® brand tools (sold separately) such as a 12-inch angle broom, a 24-inch push broom with a 59-inch handle, a dust pan, a bench brush, and a single-piece shovel with a 14-inch blade. The boards are constructed from Pro Series acrylic featuring subsurface ink that ensures durability, as it will not chip, peel, or deteriorate. Designed to withstand a temperature range from -30°F to 190°F, these boards provide a practical solution for maintaining organization and accessibility in essential cleaning supplies and tools.
