Many manufacturing and food processing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. This kit is designed for food processing and washdown environments and includes a shadow board along with hardware for mounting tools specifically designed for Vikan® brand tools, which are sold separately. The tools compatible with this system include a 12' angle broom, a 24' push broom with a 59' handle, a dust pan, a bench brush, and a single piece shovel with a 14' blade. The shadow board is constructed from Pro series acrylic featuring subsurface ink that will not chip, peel, or deteriorate, ensuring durability in various conditions. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -30° to 190°.
