Many manufacturing and food processing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. This kit is ideal for basic maintenance and organizational use and includes a shadow board along with hardware for mounting tools. It is specifically designed for Vikan® brand tools (sold separately), including a tank brush, 24' single blade squeegee, long handle scrub brush, large hand brush, and 3-gallon bucket. The shadow board is constructed from lightweight, dual-layered aluminum with a plastic core, and it is protected by Sign Muscle® liquid laminate. It can withstand a temperature range of -60° to 180°F.
