The 5S shadow board kit is designed to enhance organization and maintenance in manufacturing and food processing facilities by providing a central location for cleaning supplies and tools. The kit includes a shadow board along with hardware for mounting tools, specifically accommodating Vikan® brand tools, which are sold separately and include a 12' angle broom, a 24' push broom with a 59' handle, a dust pan, a bench brush, and a single piece shovel with a 14' blade. Constructed from lightweight, dual-layered aluminum with a plastic core, the board is further protected by Sign Muscle® liquid laminate, ensuring durability. It operates effectively across a temperature range of -60° to 180°F.
