Lincoln Lubrication swivels are specifically designed for the transportation of grease, oil, and other lubricants, and should only be used with non-abrasive and non-corrosive materials. They are not suitable for use with abrasive or corrosive substances, such as sound-deadening materials containing limestone and mica particles, as these can lead to rapid wear of critical components and potential failure of the swivel, which may result in severe bodily injury. The installation and service guidelines include securely tightening all fluid connections prior to use, ensuring the maximum operating pressure does not exceed 7,500 PSI, refraining from altering or modifying any component of the swivel, avoiding attempts to repair or disassemble the swivel while the system is pressurized, and never stopping or deflecting leaks with one's hand or body.
