The Zing universal plug/forklift/cylinder lockout device is designed to perform several critical lockout functions, including plug, forklift, and gas cylinder lockout. Made in the USA from recycled plastic, the device measures 7.25"L x 4.25"W x 3"H, with its use of recycled materials supporting LEED credits and sustainability initiatives. It is applicable for gas cylinder shutoff valves, plug lockouts for 120 volt plugs, 250 volt-SP plugs, and 15-50 amp 3P plugs. Additionally, it serves as a forklift lockout for electric driven forklifts, accommodating battery plugs ranging from 50-250 amp and starter battery negative (-) terminals, as well as for propane driven forklifts, covering LP gas cylinder shutoff valves and LP gas tank couplings.
