The ABS Undercounter Built-In Controlled Room Temperature Cabinet features a left-hinged door and a 2.5 cu. ft. capacity. This cabinet is equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller and digital temperature display, allowing for an adjustable operating temperature range of 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C). It includes a forced-draft air circulation system for enhanced temperature uniformity and recovery after door openings. The cabinet is designed for security with audible and visual high and low temperature alarms, remote alarm contacts, and two probes (one in air and one in sample bottle). There are four adjustable shelves (two large and two small) with a guard rail to prevent products from being pushed against the back wall, alongside a back wall evaporator cover. The self-closing door features a magnetic gasket for a positive seal and a keyed lock for security. Additional features include leveling legs, an LED light, a probe access port (3/8"), and a powder-coated exterior. The unit is insulated with high-density urethane foam and utilizes HFC-free refrigerant (R600A). It has a refrigerator/freezer freestanding thermometer that comes with a 3-year certificate of calibration, including min/max memory and a switchable °F/°C option.
