The Jendyk King Pin Thread Chaser is specifically designed for the efficient repair of internal threads in housing bores of 16,000, 18,000, and 20,000-lb. axles on Mack Trucks, utilizing a breaker bar or ratchet (1/2" drive). This tool serves as an effective alternative to a machine tool tap, which is often unavailable in truck servicing garages. It features leading threads near each end face to facilitate reversibility and simplify the internal thread repair process while preserving the spindle assembly.
