The counter balance design of this stacker is ideal for die loading, machine feeding, and loading and unloading trucks. It features a high torque drive and lift motor that efficiently handles heavy-duty jobs. The ergonomic handle is equipped with an easy-to-operate throttle that allows for infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, as well as lift/lower controls. Additionally, it includes a proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function and a horn. The stacker comes with an electromagnetic disc brake featuring an automatic dead-man function that activates when the user releases the handle. Powering the lift are two lead acid deep cycle batteries, accompanied by an integral battery charger and a battery level gauge. The stacker rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels and includes adjustable forks suitable for different pallets. Designed for a high level of serviceability, it simplifies maintenance and prolongs equipment life, with easy access to the battery compartment for straightforward battery maintenance. A dock is required for delivery.
