The Counter Balance Design is optimal for die loading, machine feeding, and unloading trucks, featuring a high torque drive and lift motor capable of handling heavy-duty jobs. It includes an ergonomic handle with an easy-to-operate throttle that allows for infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, a proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function, and a horn. The kit comes equipped with an electromagnetic disc brake featuring an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the handle is released. The powered lift is supported by two lead acid deep cycle batteries, an integral battery charger, and a battery level gauge. The stacker rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels and has adjustable forks suitable for different pallets. It boasts a high level of serviceability for simplified maintenance, thus prolonging equipment life, along with an easy access battery compartment for straightforward battery maintenance. A dock is required for delivery.
