These robust clean room stools are designed for applications where the concentration of air-borne particles must be kept below a desired level, specifically classified as Class 10 (ISO 4) clean room stools. They have been tested by independent laboratories to meet Fed Standard 209E and ISO 14644-1, widely accepted as industry standards for particulate requirements. Constructed of black easy-to-clean polyurethane, which is both chemical and puncture resistant, these stools are developed to withstand tough environments. Each stool features a 360° all-around adjustment ring operable from any position, a 26" polished aluminum cast aluminum base, and a 2" thick, 12-1/2" wide seat. They are available in desk, medium, and high bench heights to best suit the height of the work surface and can be equipped with or without an 18" chrome diameter foot ring for ergonomic leg support. Users can select between chrome-hooded rolling casters or black glides for stationary use.
