The kit includes an oversized handle with a comfort grip, allowing for easy pickup even when a light is attached. It features a thick flange that securely holds onto the base while eliminating splitting and cracking. The recessed panel protects the reflective sheeting, measuring 36"H x 8"W, and has a flashing light mounting receptacle. The solid recycled rubber base is available in weights of 9 lbs., 20 lbs., or 30 lbs., sold separately. The entire assembly meets the requirements set forth by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
