The kit includes 8" x 36" engineer grade striped sheeting on both sides, providing high visibility and durability. It features an oversized handle with a comfort grip for easy lifting, even when a light is attached. The thick flange securely holds onto the base, preventing splitting and cracking. Additionally, a recessed panel protects the reflective sheeting, measuring 36"H x 8"W, and there is a flashing light mounting receptacle for enhanced visibility. The base is made of solid recycled rubber and is available in weights of 9 lbs., 20 lbs., or 30 lbs., sold separately. This product meets the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards.
