The kit includes high intensity prismatic striped sheeting and features a molded hollow design that allows for internal ballasting with up to 10 lbs. of sand (5 lbs. per leg), contributing to a low center of gravity that enhances stability and reduces the likelihood of tipping over when struck, thus minimizing vehicle damage. This design also makes the unit less susceptible to being blown over. The hinges utilize a "click lock" mechanism for a secure interlock in the open position, and there is a molded-in handle for the attachment of a flashing light.
