The kit includes engineer grade striped sheeting and a molded hollow structure that can be internally ballasted with up to 10 lbs. of sand, with a maximum of 5 lbs. per leg. This design provides a low center of gravity when ballasted, making it more likely to fold and fall flat upon impact, thus reducing potential vehicle damage and improving resistance to being blown over. It features "click lock" hinges that ensure a secure interlock in the open position, and includes a molded-in handle for attaching a flashing light. The top sheeting dimensions are 12" x 24", while the bottom sheeting measures 8" x 24". The overall dimensions of the unit are 25"W x 45"H, and it weighs 16 lbs.
