The kit includes an oversized handle with a comfort grip, allowing for easy pickup even when a light is attached. It features a thick flange that securely holds onto the base, eliminating the risk of splitting and cracking. A recessed panel protects the reflective sheeting, measuring 36" in height and 8" in width. Additionally, there is a flashing light mounting receptacle. The solid recycled rubber base is available in weights of 9 lbs., 20 lbs., or 30 lbs., sold separately. The product meets the standards set by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
