The design incorporates a thick flange that securely holds onto the base, eliminating issues with splitting and cracking, while a recessed panel protects the sign, which measures 36"H x 8"W. Additionally, the kit includes a flashing light mounting receptacle. The solid recycled rubber base is available in weights of 9, 20, or 30 lbs, sold separately.
