The 24"W x 18"D, 2-shelf cart is designed for electrostatic-sensitive environments such as electronics manufacturing, assembly areas, warehouses, and healthcare settings. It features an ESD-safe design with aluminum shelf clips and a grounding chain to safely dissipate static electricity, protecting sensitive components. The cart has a 1200 lb. load capacity for reliable material transport and an open wire design that improves airflow, reduces dust buildup, allows 4-way access, maximizes light and sprinkler penetration, and minimizes dust accumulation. The two shelves are adjustable in 1" increments using numbered posts for flexible storage options. It is equipped with four 5" polyurethane swivel casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring smooth and controlled movement.
