The 42"W x 24"D, 2 shelf push cart is designed for electrostatic-sensitive environments such as electronics manufacturing, assembly areas, warehouses, and healthcare settings, featuring an ESD-safe design with aluminum shelf clips and a grounding chain for static control. It has a 1200 lb. load capacity for dependable material transport and an open wire design that improves airflow, reduces dust buildup, and allows 4-way access while maximizing light and sprinkler penetration. The two shelves are adjustable in 1" increments using numbered posts for flexible storage, and a safety push handle helps keep hands within the cart width to prevent bumps. Equipped with four 5" polyurethane swivel casters, two of which have brakes, the cart ensures smooth and controlled movement. The package includes two shelves with aluminum clips, one push handle, one grounding chain, and four swivel casters (two with brakes). It is NSF approved for dry use and comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
