The SC Preferred® ESD Wire Shelving Starter is a 5-tier unit measuring 42"W x 21"D x 86"H, designed for storing electronics, circuit boards, and other static-sensitive materials. It features bright chrome over nickel electroplating that provides a high gloss finish, with an open design that maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The shelves adjust easily without tools and align accurately at 1" increments, using shelf clips that snap on posts and allow the shelf collar to slide over for a secure fit. The kit includes 5 shelves, 4 posts, 5 sets of aluminum shelf clips, 1 grounding chain, and 4 adjustable leveling feet with non-marring floor glides to compensate for uneven floors. The shelving unit comes with a limited one-year warranty against rust and corrosion.
