The White Diamond Series flammable storage freezers comply with NFPA and OSHA guidelines 45 and 70 for the refrigerated storage of flammable materials in laboratory work areas. The design ensures that there are no electrical components within the interior of the unit, and the compressor's electrical components are sealed in a vapor-proof enclosure, enhancing safety. The unit features a 20 cu. ft. capacity with one solid right-hinged swing door, a microprocessor temperature controller, and a digital temperature display with a simulated probe. It includes audible and visual alarms for high and low temperatures, remote alarm contacts, and an adjustable operating temperature range of -15°C to -25°C. The interior comprises six fixed shelves, a keyed door lock, a magnetic door gasket for a positive seal, and leveling legs. A 3/8" probe access port is available, and the unit is constructed with a powder coat exterior, high-density urethane foam cabinet and door insulation, and utilizes HFC-free refrigerant (R290). The exterior dimensions are 30-3/4"W x 28-1/2"D x 74 5/8"H, and the unit requires a 4' clearance on the sides and back for adequate ventilation.
