It features three swing solid doors that are self-closing and non-reversible, along with nine adjustable shelves. The refrigerator is equipped with a digital display microprocessor temperature controller providing adjustable operating temperature from 36°F to 46°F. It includes a temperature monitor device that complies with current CDC guidelines, with a three-year certification of calibration, a "buffered" probe in the product simulated solution, min/max memory, and is switchable between °F and °C. The refrigerator also has a sensor error alarm, continuous product (simulated) temperature display, remote alarm contacts, forced draft air circulation, keyed door locks, and magnetic door gaskets for a positive seal. LED interior lights are safety shielded and switch controlled, with a probe access port of 3/4". The exterior is made of stainless steel with a white powder-coated aluminum interior and a 304 stainless steel floor that is easily cleaned.
