The LubeWorks preset digital control valve features a maximum flow rate of 10 GPM / 35 LPM with a precision of 0.5%, accommodating a viscosity range of 8-5000 mPa.s and a maximum pressure range of 7 MPA 0.5-50 BAR / 7-1000 PSI. It includes an inlet connection of 1/2" NPT female, compatible with industry-standard oil hose reels, and operates on one 9V alkaline battery, weighing a total of 3.6 lbs. The digital preset LCD meter has a four-digit easy-to-read screen that includes a low battery indicator, and it can measure and dispense in various calibrations such as liters, gallons, pints, and quarts. Constructed with an aluminum frame and an ergonomic, waterproof, shockproof polypropylene shell, this compact design ensures durability while maintaining zero back pressure capability for consistent measurements and smooth dispensing. The control valve is equipped with rubber protection for shock absorption and an impact-resistant polypropylene body, enhancing its longevity for workshop use. It is suitable for oils, motor oils, synthetic hydraulic oil, gear oil, and transmission fluids, with a maximum working temperature of -10°C / 14°F to 60°C / 140°F.
