This air operated (pneumatic) double action oil transfer pump features a high flow rate with a maximum of 3.7 GPM / 14 LPM, a maximum pressure ratio of 5:1, and can handle a maximum air inlet pressure of 5-8 bar / 70-115 PSI. It also supports a maximum fluid pressure of 40 bar / 115 PSI, with an air motor effective diameter of 63 mm (2.5"). The air consumption is 125 L per minute at 8 bar / 4.5 CFM at 115 PSI, with an air inlet connection of 1/4" and an oil outlet connection of 1/2" male. Designed for efficiency, the pump has a long life expectancy of 420,000 liters / 110,000+ gallons and is self-priming, making it ideal for multiple fluid types of medium to high viscosity over short to medium distances. It is suitable for handling typical fluids such as motor oil, synthetic oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, and automatic transmission fluid up to SAE 240 grade. Each pump includes a 2" adjustable bung adapter for easy installation in barrel-mounted applications; however, a wall mount kit or extension tube kit is sold separately. Adherence to the manual for setup and the use of proper additional equipment during installation is essential, along with the wearing of protective eyewear or gear while operating the equipment.
