The BSC Preferred boltless heavy-duty die rack is designed to hold loads of up to 2,750 lbs. per section, with reinforced shelves capable of supporting up to 13,000 lbs. per section. Constructed with 16-gauge steel shelves and a 14-gauge support framework, this die rack is ideal for storing dies, motors, jigs, fixtures, and other heavy materials. It offers a selection of eight shelf sizes, ranging from 36" W x 18" D to 96" W x 36" D, along with three post lengths to fit various storage requirements. The braceless construction provides easy access from all sides, and the smooth steel surface facilitates the placement and removal of items, allowing for the sliding of items on and off. This product is made in the USA and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Notably, the installation is straightforward with no hardware required, and it features a piston lock at each end to prevent pallets from being pushed too far within the rack system. Add-on units are not available for this model.
