The I-beam single-sided cantilever rack is designed to optimize horizontal space typically wasted by traditional rack structures, while also minimizing fork truck damage and enhancing load and unload efficiency. It is constructed from structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 psi. The arms can be adjusted vertically in increments of 4", and the rack features a heavy arm connector plate along with bolted column-to-base connections, ensuring durability and stability. The top arm must be positioned no closer than the depth of the column from the top column, and it should be at least 8" below the top of the column to maintain necessary capacity. The rack's capacity is calculated based on a 36" arm spacing. It features blue uprights with orange straight arms and includes anchors and mounting hardware. This add-on kit is proudly made in the USA.
