The I-beam single-sided cantilever rack is designed to save horizontal space typically lost to rack structure, while minimizing fork truck damage and facilitating quicker load and unload times. Constructed from structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI, the rack features arms that can be adjusted vertically in 4" increments, providing flexibility in storage configuration. The design includes a heavy arm connector plate and bolted column-to-base connections, ensuring durability and stability. It is important to note that the top arm must be positioned no closer to the top column than the depth of the column and should be at least 8" below the top of the column to support the necessary capacity. The load capacity is calculated based on a 36" arm spacing. The rack is available with blue uprights and orange straight arms, along with anchors and mounting hardware included in the starter kit. Additionally, this product is made in the USA.
