The Amano AFR-100 is a facial recognition time clock package with an integrated prox card reader designed for data collection with facial verification. This system supports up to 100 employees and 2 users, and it can be upgraded as needed. Key features include automatic totaling of employee time, three punch options (face, proximity badge, PIN), real-time communications via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and the ability to download punches to a USB drive. It also includes signal control to ring bells and tracks and reports various time categories such as regular time, overtime, sick, vacation, and holiday, along with wages, bonuses, and tips. The system supports popular payroll interfaces including QuickBooks, Peachtree, Paychex, and ADP, and it exports data to Microsoft® Excel. The package includes the AFR-100 terminal, Time Guardian software, and a 6' Ethernet cable. Minimum system requirements are Pentium 4 or higher, Windows® 2008, 2012, or 2016, and Windows® 7, 8, or 10, along with 10 gigabytes of hard drive disk space, 4 gigabytes of RAM, a CD ROM drive, USB port, and Wi-Fi access.
