The Winholt Knock Down Economy Pan Rack is designed for proofing, storing, and transporting both full-size and half-size sheet pans. It features all aluminum construction, ensuring durability and ease of use. The rack rolls smoothly on four 5" swivel stem casters equipped with polyolefin wheels for enhanced mobility. It can accommodate standard 18" x 26" sheet pans as well as 18" x 14" half sheet pans. This product is NSF certified, ensuring compliance with public health standards.
