The kit includes a transport unit specifically designed for proofing and transporting donuts, capable of holding (20) 23" x 23" standard donut screens or (20) 24" x 24" glazing screens. It is constructed from 1" all welded heavy duty aluminum square tubing and angle slides for durability. The unit maneuvers smoothly on four 5" polyurethane swivel stem casters, making it easy to move in various settings.
