Zurn AquaSense® faucets are designed for high-use applications that require durability and hands-free operation, featuring an ADA compliant, battery-powered, polished chrome-plated cast brass body equipped with an infrared convergence-type proximity sensor suitable for both retrofit and new construction. The unit is furnished with a standard 1.5 GPM aerator, mounting hardware, and an in-line filter. It operates on four "AA" batteries and includes an inlet for a 1/2" ball riser, as well as an MV temperature mixing valve. Zurn's lead-free products (-XL) meet the compliance standards set forth by Section 1417 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), ensuring a weighted average lead content of no more than 0.25% of the wetted surface.
