The Milton 653-2 is a 3/8" FNPT x 1/4" MNPT hose fitting adapter designed for assembling new hoses or replacing old fittings when a reduction in pipe size is necessary. This adapter features 3/8" female national pipe thread on one end and 1/4" male national pipe thread on the other, constructed from brass, which provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion compared to other metals.
