The AC1234-4 is a fully automatic ACS machine designed to meet or exceed SAE J2927 and J2843 standards for 1234yf recovery. This machine includes an integrated refrigerant identifier that samples the refrigerant in the vehicle's A/C system prior to recovery and offers a high level of accuracy and reliability for servicing both standard and high-voltage vehicle A/C systems. It features fully automatic operation, allowing users to program the service and walk away until the process is complete, achieving a 98.5% recovery efficiency with charge accuracy within +/- 1/2 oz. The AC1234-4 has an automatic internal tank refill system that eliminates the need for stopping to fill the internal tank during or before service, and an automatic oil drain that displays the amount of oil removed from the system during service. A programmable vacuum operation enables rapid achievement of the necessary vacuum level in any condition, while a system leak test is included to identify gross leaks. The machine is equipped with a 5 x 9 cm (4.3-in. diag) color graphical display and exceeds SAE J2843 requirements for R-1234yf recover, recycle, and recharge equipment while also meeting SAE J2927 requirements for the integrated refrigerant identifier.
