Versatile dry block heaters are ideal for applications that require temperature stability, holding one optional interchangeable modular block with over 40 choices, which are easy to use without tools. The close tube-to-block contact enables maximum heat retention, resulting in efficient heating. Digital models offer exceptional temperature uniformity and stability for repeatable results, while non-digital models provide an economical choice. Applications include incubation and activation of cultures, enzyme reactions, immunoassays, melting/boiling points, isothermal incubations, and nucleic acid denaturation. The display features an LED display for digital models and dual-adjustment knobs with dial markings for analog models. Operation includes a detachable 3-wire cord and plug, with analog models requiring an external thermometer or temperature device for temperature setpoint.
