The Sunstar Glass® Natural Gas Infrared Patio Heater (Model SGL35-N7) features a two-stage operation providing 35,000 BTU/hr. for high fire and 24,000 BTU/hr. for low fire, making it suitable for both outdoor and indoor settings such as restaurants and hospitality applications. It is designed for natural gas or LP gas operation and can cover an area of 8' x 8' in high wind conditions or 12' x 12' in minimal wind conditions. The heater comes with a tinted glass front that can withstand winds up to 40 mph and is finished with high temperature silicone powder coated black paint. Mounting options include wall, ceiling, pole, and column, alongside an adjustable angle from horizontal to 60 degrees. Typical mounting height ranges from 8 to 11 feet at horizontal, while the minimum mounting height at a 45-degree angle is between 7 to 9 feet. The heater requires 4 CFM per 1000 BTU/hr. of total installed capacity for proper ventilation. The unit includes optional heat shield to lower clearances to combustibles above and features a three-position switch for low/high/off operation. It is CSA certified and comes with a 3-year limited warranty on the burner assembly. Made in the U.S.A.
