It includes 40 oz high-tear abrasion resistant fabrics, double lock stitched seams, and kiln dried superior grade backing lumber. The design features a 99% memory foam core for extended lift and a fixed head pad that provides maximum seal. Additionally, it incorporates a condensation drainage system, full height yellow guide strips, and galvanized mounting hardware. The seals are designed for 10' height openings and include a curtain style header with a 24" drop curtain and 18" Velcro splits.
