The Aignep USA Expander features a 5/32" male stud x 1/4" tube design and is part of a versatile line of push-connect fittings known for their high quality and dedicated customer support. It includes a 303 stainless steel gripper that ensures a tight clamp for tubes of any material without damaging their surfaces, making it capable of withstanding severe conditions such as impact and vibrations. The design incorporates a safety ring and a molded seal to create a vacuum seal, enhancing the reliability of the connection. The expander is available with various thread options, including Swiftfit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. All straight fittings can be easily tightened using an Allen wrench due to the internal hex design, which allows users to work in confined spaces where an open-end wrench may not fit. Additionally, the rotating swivel elbow fittings are equipped with a safety ring that permits rotation without compromising the tight seal.
